Bungee Beginner

An amazing full-body, cardio workout that will exercise you from head to toe! Defy gravity, take flight, and experience a workout that's so fun, it doesn't seem like exercise! Yet, reap all the benefits of a cardio workout while strengthening and toning your whole body.

What should I expect?  Fly Bungee™ involves a lot of cardio based on running, jumping and lunges. If you are not able to do these type of activities well, Bungee may be very challenging for you. The harness is padded for comfort, but after an hour of activity you will be feeling pressure/pinching where the harness touches your body since your body weight is being pushed and pulled against the harness.

Is there a weight restriction? Yes. Our bungee equipment can only support a person that is a maximum of 225lbs. This is required so you can be attached to the correct number of bungees.

What do I wear? Wear two layers of shorts or leggings until you get used to it. Some clients wear padded bike shorts for extra comfort! We suggest a fitted top since you will be upside down. Bring a water bottle and be prepared to get sweaty!

Who shouldn't do bungee? We do NOT recommend Fly Bungee™ if you have had surgery of any kind in the past six months or have chronic pain or a medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands or low back. If you have any of these conditions please consult with a physician before attempting Bungee. If you are pregnant, you are unable to take these classes.

Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes! All participants will need a signed waiver upon your arrival.
