STUDIO POLICIES

REGISTRATION POLICY

Fall Registration (September thru May)

A $25 per student registration fee must be received 24 hours after registration to confirm class enrollment. Registration Fees are non-refundable. 

TUITION POLICY

Fall tuition is a program fee and is not based on the number of monthly classes a student attends. When you register a student, you are signing up for the full 9 month term (Mid September through Mid May). The number of classes may vary per month, but payment for the entire term is divided into equal payments for your convenience. If a student withdraws from a class and does not complete the 9 month session, a cancellation fee of $ 30 will be assessed. No refunds or credits are made for absences or withdrawal from class. No exceptions.

PAYMENT POLICY

Warped Studio requires that all registered students must have a valid credit or debit card on file at all times. No Exceptions! All monthly tuition payments must be made by debit/charge of the card on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All payments are final. Credit card on file will be charged/debited from account on the same day you sign up for AUTOPAY.

 

Autopay sign up will become available Friday, September 1, 2023.  *YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR AUTOPAY BEFORE ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS

COSTUME POLICY

Costume Fee $85 (per dancer per class). All costume fees are non-refundable. Costumes must be paid in full by January 31, 2024. 

MAKE-UP OPTIONS

Students may make up missed classes in any appropriate existing class during the same session only.  

CLASS GUIDELINES

  • Come to class prepared to work and have fun

  • Required attire for ballet: ballet slippers, leotard (black or pink), tights (pink) and hair pulled back 

  • Required attire for aerial classes: Pants need to be snug and secured around waist to avoid the sliding and pulling down of pants. Examples: yoga pants, form fitting sweat pants, leggings, footless tights with snug shorts on top. Shirts should be long enough to tuck in or snug fitting and also cover arm pits to avoid silk burn. Examples: leotards, form fitting work out shirts or basic long tee shirts. Clothing to avoid: blue jeans, belts, tank tops, socks and baggy clothes

  • Remove all jewelry prior to class and secure hair back so it does not obstruct vision

STUDIO POLICIES

Studio policies are put in place for the safety of our students and integrity of our program.

  • Weather related closures will be announced at the top of this page as well as on our Facebook page

  • Street shoes are not allowed in the studio.

  • Students may bring a water bottle. 

  • Instructors are subject to change.

  • Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Warped Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

  • Photographs and videos of students may be included in Warped Studios promotional materials.
